The Schedule

damned_bulletin in the Sun Room at all times.
Day 44 is a MONDAY.
Dayshift: 15 RL Days

1st Shift: 4 RL Days
2nd Shift: 3 RL Days
3rd Shift: 3 RL Days
4th Shift: 3 RL Days
Dinner Shift: 2 RL Days

Nightshift: 3 RL Weeks
Any patient who isn't comfortable with the activities during a shift may request to be escorted to the Sun Room instead with the exception of meals. (So if your character misses a shift, you can now say he/she was conveniently "napping" on a couch in the Sun Room rather than saying he/she was left in his/her room.)
