Customization
So long as you stick to the general form, you may use whatever kind of customized table or layout that you prefer. You may also add links to additional reference pictures or pages; in fact, it's recommended.

Informational Link
While we recommend that you copy-paste your application (feel free to condense it down to a manageable size) into a journal entry or satellite page to link as your character's informational page, you are also perfectly welcome to use the DamnedWiki, Fandom Wiki, or Wikipedia page.

"Real Life" Background
You may, at any time, come up with a background for your character's "real" life before they were "admitted" into Landel's (i.e. the life that the nurses are trying to convince them they have). Once you do, please submit it us through damned.mods@gmail.com and once we approve it, you may post it as an OOC entry to your character's journal.
